Why Skaitbridge.

Skaitbridge Lab is a training lab built in Harare, Zimbabwe, with a simple ambition — to become Africa’s most trusted and inclusive lab for AI and future-ready skills. We deliver world-class training across six service lines: AI & Digital Literacy, Professional Skills, Kids’ Whole-Child Development, Deaf Empowerment, AI Consultancy, and Corporate Training.

We are a launching brand, and we are honest about that. We do not offer the salary of an established multinational. We offer something different — the chance to be one of the founding people inside a serious, well-designed organisation at the moment it opens its doors. Your face, your name, and your work will be part of the brand from day one.

What we offer our specialists

  • Per-session pay at competitive Harare rates for your discipline.
  • A featured profile and professional photograph on the program page you contribute to.
  • Brand association with a mission-driven organisation that takes design, quality, and inclusion seriously.
  • First-call availability when cohorts run. No exclusivity required — you keep every other gig.
  • A specialist network with the other founding contractors across our programs.
  • Paid trial session before any commitment is asked of you.
  • A clear path as the organisation grows. Founding specialists are first in line for expanded roles.

What we ask in return: reliability and professionalism, a genuine love for the people you’ll be working with, an enhanced background check (police clearance — we cover the cost), two professional references, comfort being photographed and featured publicly as part of the Skaitbridge team, and the right to work in Zimbabwe.

Our learners — and their parents — are entrusting us with something serious.

Current opportunities.

We are recruiting twelve Founding Specialists for our Skaitbridge Kids program — a small-group whole-child development program for homeschooled children ages six to twelve in Harare. The first cohort launches soon. Each role below is a per-session contractor position. We are filling each role once.
